1. The external users or the Members of Thailand Privilege Card are entitled access to the website to search for products, services, and information of the Company without any need for notification. No users have the right to replicate or disseminate proprietary information of the Company as displayed on the website or newsletters from the Company.

The Company can continually modify the website by using software to collect information about searching habits of the external users and members. The objective is to develop the website for more appropriate use to each target group. The information the Company collects includes: dates and times visiting the website, pages browsing, the time spent, and various kinds of searching.

The Company has the right to monitor the searching information of external users or its Members of Thailand Privilege Card, use the information system and use the service of the Company with the security system that has cookies for checking the correctness of user information. Our purpose in collecting information about personal data is to better improve services along with designing the products and the special offers in order to meet the needs of our special members. When you register for a Thailand Privilege Card, the Company will collect the personal information by directly asking the external users or the members of Thailand Privilege Card in the application process and the add-on services which needs the staff to contact with the external users or the special members. You may be required to provide certain information, such as: your address, email, telephone or fax number, regional housing characteristics and your Thailand Privilege Card number to the Company. We will take all reasonable steps to keep secure any information about our members, which we hold.

1. We recognize the importance of protecting the users' privacy on our website. We do not sell, trade, share or transfer the personal information of the external user and the Members of Thailand Privilege Card to other companies. Moreover, the Company will not disclose the personal information of the external user and the Members of Thailand Privilege Card to other organizations except if the disclosure is legally required by court order. We are required to disclose the Members of Thailand Privilege Card’s information to the authorized organizations of state: the office of Auditor General of Thailand; and the office of The Attorney General.

From time-to-time we have an agreement with other service entities for development and maintenance of the Company's system. Allocation of service to other out-source organizations will provide for the protection of the information of the Members. Whenever such out-source company hires other organizations, those organizations have to operate by the standard procedure of Company’s treatment of confidential data.

We will strictly keep the basis of security for the purpose of protecting the loss or the access of personal information of the external user and the members of Thailand Privilege Card from unauthorized access.
